If you are interested in purchasing a winery or vineyard, Paso Robles would probably be that perfect fit. Not only is this region an up and coming wine producing part of California, but is centrally located in the state. This makes your distribution that much easier. There are a couple different areas in the county where grapes are grown. The first being Templeton, a couple minutes south of Paso Robles, they boast many growers, but also a great local community. There are many botique and smaller wineries in this area giving forth to a very unique experience. The Paso Robles wine producing area stretches in all directions, east and west on HWY 46, but also to the north and south. To the north the newest wineries are opening in San Miguel and to the South East, Creston has become home to some major producers out of Napa Valley. The area has attracted vintners from as far as France to come and practice their craft without the European constants. |
